Vacation Bible School at The Mount                    June 13 -17, 2016

“Finding Truth Below the Surface.”

Psalm 139:23-24

 

Vacation Bible School is a ministry designed to reach people of all ages, leading them to know and respond to Jesus the Christ.  VBS is a fun-filled spiritual adventure that provides concentrated Bible study and encourages real life application.  Our 2016 Vacation Bible School Theme is SUBMERRGED, “FINDING TRUTH BELOW THE SURFACE.”   Scripture Reference: Psalm 139:23-24. VBS classes and activities will begin Monday, June 13, thru Friday, June 17, 2016.  Class activities will commence starting at 9am-12noon for students ages 2 through Adults!  If transportation is required, please leave your name, address and phone number in the church office by Wednesday, June 8, or you may leave a message on the church phone – 214-428-2990 with this information.  Breakfast and Lunch will be provided. Breakfast will be served from 8:00 a.m. – 8:45 a.m.

Spirit Day is celebrated every 5th Sunday at Mount Moriah as a time for us to corporately and individually:
                                examine our past dedication and service to God,
                                exhort one another to remain faithful in our present work,
                                and be encouraged and energized by God's Spirit for future work ahead.
 
Members wear your Mount Moriah apparel or navy/denim on Spirit Day.
